OBD API Operator level submission status

Once the API is submitted from our end, you can view the status from the operator's end.

This status is directly obtained from the operator and has zero implication from Kaleyra

On submission of a request to operator, we associate one of the following status codes to every request in order to track the status

The common status codes received while using the API are tabulated below:

Mobile Number Busy

CHANUNAVAIL

Network Error

COMPLETED

Call Matured Successfully

CONGESTION

Network Error

DNDNUMB

Mobile number is DND

INV-NUMBER

Mobile number is not valid

NOANSWER

Mobile Number not Answered the Call

TIMEOUT

Promo OBD Timed Out (9PM to 9AM next day)

FAILED

Special failure cases skipped from network error/congestion.
