API Operator Level Status for Voice

Once the API is submitted from our end, you can view the status from the operator's end.

This status is directly obtained from the operator and has zero implication from Solutions Infini.

The following are the common status codes received while using the API:

BUSY

Mobile Number Busy

CHANUNAVAIL

Network Error

CONGESTION

Network Error

NOANSWER

Mobile Number Not Answered the Call

ANSWER

Call Matured Successfully

CANCEL

Caller disconnected the call when agent being dialed

FAILED

Call failure
